I launched the game with the mod manager, the load order thing is where i go onto the fallout 4 in-game main page and press mods (its underneath add ons), then i press home, to bring up the load order of the mods, to make sure that they are all there and working. If you already did that, it's all you need for nexus mods. It's the Fallout4Custom.ini you need to add 3 lines to for nexus mods to work. If you mean nexus mods, did you download NMM? I have no Beth mods and know nothing about their mod manager.
